XFarm is a project for the agroecological and social regeneration of fifty hectares of land confiscated from organised crime in San Vito dei Normanni, in the province of Brindisi.
In 2023, working with Masseria La Cattiva, the project moved from selling Lambrusco for blending to making Brushko. Its guiding belief is that value is created through care throughout the production process.
