Trulli il Castagno is a family agriturismo. For generations, the Spalluto family has cultivated vines in the Valle d’Itria, passing on the customs and knowledge of farmers in the valley of the trulli. Once humble everyday products, its wines now carry a valued legacy of history and tradition.
A few hectares are tended by Pietro, father of Giorgio and Vincenzo. He knows every vine and gives each the attention it needs.
The wines are made artisanally without added yeasts or filtration, with very low sulphur dioxide levels, and bottled in one-litre bottles with screwcaps.
