Careful attention to growing and production methods guides Terén’s search for distinctive flavours and aromas. Its natural wines begin with living soils, farmed to improve their fertility and vitality, as a commitment to both drinkers and future generations.
The aim is wines that develop over time, with simple, familiar flavours and an easy, joyful character. “We should not rush or look for shortcuts, but respect nature and ourselves.”
Organic since 2021, the farm comprises twelve hectares of vines and sixteen hectares of arable land, ancient grains, a young hazel grove, an old apple orchard and flower meadows for bees.
