Spina Wine Cellar began within the rural park of Masseria Spina Resort in Monopoli, Puglia. Its wine selection rests in an ancient underground olive mill surrounded by centuries-old olive trees.
A passion for discovering and selecting wines has taken the team to cellars across Italy and Europe. Along the way, encounters with growers and winemakers have brought stories, friendships and a love of sharing.
