Starting from nothing, he found a small vineyard in the Colli Euganei and then a cellar, gradually turning a dream into something tangible. Old vines grow on sunny, breezy hillsides.
The vines themselves suggested a restrained approach: Gianluca found that they needed only small, attentive interventions. The same principle guides his care for the grapes in the cellar.
