Based in Foglianise, in the province of Benevento, Campania, Robb De Matt makes natural wines through an entirely artisanal process. Grapes ferment spontaneously with prolonged skin contact, and different varieties are fermented together. There is no temperature control, filtration or use of winemaking additives; fermentation relies on indigenous yeasts.
