Sabrina and Walter practise sustainable farming on their small family plot in Ostuni. Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grow alongside other native varieties, including Impigno, Ottavianello and Francavidda.
They also produce olive oil and other farm foods, following a philosophy rooted in their region and the recovery of forgotten knowledge.
