Nicola Gatta Metodo Classico is an established winery in Franciacorta. On the limestone hills of Gussago and Cellatica, 400 metres above sea level, Nicola seeks to bring out the character of a place with its own distinct nature and origins, making wines that express it without compromise.
His approach follows biodynamic principles in the vineyard and the same philosophy in the cellar. Both his still and sparkling wines are made through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
