Mas de la Sabatera is a small family winery between Montblanc and Prenafeta, in Catalonia’s Conca de Barberà. Families have cultivated vines around this historic farmhouse for more than three centuries. In 2020, an independent winemaking project began, turning the estate’s own grapes into expressive, unfiltered wines.
The vineyards are certified organic, with no irrigation or synthetic products and close attention to soil vitality and biodiversity.
Winemaking involves minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no fining and no filtration. Each bottle aims to reflect the place, the seasons and the grapes grown around the farmhouse.
The range includes white, red, rosé, sparkling and orange wines, united by freshness and a strong connection to the landscape. Mas de la Sabatera and Callmewine, which presents the estate in Italy, share the values of Evoluzione Naturale.
