Le Direzioni del Gusto began as a journey through flavours, colours and emotions, bringing together tradition, experimentation and a passion for food.
Carefully selected ingredients are worked entirely by hand, reimagined, taken apart, rebuilt, filled and combined in unexpected ways to create distinctive flavours and presentations.
The approach brings together the skills of cheesemakers, cured-meat artisans, chefs and pastry cooks. Its savoury creations explore new ‘forms of flavour’, with individual products that differ in taste and appearance.
Some can be served cold or warmed, while the Prospettive di Gusto range is designed for cooking. Practicality and a contemporary presentation accompany the team’s inventive approach.
