Giuseppe Sedilesu’s cellar at Mamoiada, Sardinia, is run by Salvatore Sedilesu with his siblings and their families. Winegrowing and winemaking remain faithful to tradition.
Bush-trained vines grow at 650–850 metres on weathered granite, with almost all work carried out by hand. Cannonau and the native white Granazza express these conditions.
