The Gaudioso family’s passion for its roots and inherited farming culture inspired a project joining tradition with new ideas. Its aim is to contribute to quality food and wine production in the region.
Care for soil fertility, natural balance and the wider ecosystem guides its vision of farming. Biologist and oenologist Michele Lorenzetti helped the family take its first steps into biodynamics.
Vineyards and olive groves lie in the hills of Partanna and Salaparuta, places with a long history of oil and wine production. The family draws on its ancestors’ practical knowledge while looking towards a sustainable future, choosing products with the same care it would for its own children.
