Fattoria Lavacchio sits on Montefiesole’s hills, around twenty kilometres from Florence, in Chianti Rufina. Founded in the eighteenth century, it passed to the Lottero family in the 1970s. The original profile traces the estate’s organic commitment and certification to 1978.
More than a hundred hectares include twenty-four of vineyards and fifty-six of olive groves, alongside woods, truffle grounds, wheat and vegetable gardens. Under Faye Lottero, biodynamic practices and close attention to the seasons guide the farm.
The Puro range, made without added sulphites, expresses this approach to terroir and natural production.
