Brothers Pierpaolo, Sergio and Saverio Cerminara share a family history rooted in the heart of Cirò DOC. Their passion for wine and wish to preserve an inherited farming heritage led to Cerminara – Fratelli di Cirò, a project devoted to organic wines with a strong sense of place.
Pierpaolo left engineering to devote himself to the vineyards, turning his family inheritance into a life’s work. Sergio brings economic and organisational expertise, coordinating the business and production decisions. Saverio, a pharmacist and winegrower by vocation, contributes dedication and a deep understanding of the region.
Their approach rests on three principles: meticulous vineyard care to preserve the vines’ natural balance; respectful winemaking that expresses the fruit and terroir; and attentive, restrained supervision that lets natural processes shape the wine’s identity.
Each bottle tells the story of a family, a place and a shared commitment to Cirò’s winegrowing traditions, with an eye to the future.
