Cantine Matrone is a small winery at Boscotrecase, on Mount Vesuvius. It grows only native varieties on ungrafted vines. The original profile describes organic conversion in progress, with no synthetic products used for plant protection or nutrition.
Wines ferment exclusively with indigenous yeasts in food-grade plastic vessels or stainless steel tanks. They are neither filtered nor fined.
