After graduating in biology, Vincenzo Crescente continued his training in England and worked in research at universities in Oxford and London. After ten years developing vaccines and antibiotics, he returned to Puglia to pursue farming.
In 2018 he took over the small family estate, combining traditional cultivation with scientific knowledge to develop new products. Alongside table grapes, the farm grows pomegranates described in its profile as residue-free and processes them artisanally.
Its aim is quality produce with attention to nutritional value. Pomegranate products are made without added preservatives or other chemical substances, prioritising the quality of the finished product over maximum yields.
