Aspromonte is an organic estate guided by the responsibility to preserve its land for future generations. Pasqualino Polifroni champions native Greco Nero, Mantonico and Magliocco, vinifying each separately.
The vineyards lie on Aspromonte’s north-eastern slopes, on varied clays and Pliocene sediments. Wines ferment spontaneously, mature in terracotta amphorae and are neither fined nor filtered.
