Agricola Stella is a family winery in Altamura, in the heart of the Alta Murgia. Three brothers founded the project to express their home territory through thoughtful, transparent and sustainable farming.
Eight hectares of certified organic vineyards surround the old family home. Work is artisanal, from tending the vines by hand to a restrained approach in the cellar, with attention to the natural balance of plants and soil.
Spontaneous fermentation and gentle winemaking shape the range: two Primitivo wines, one matured in amphora and one in stainless steel; an Aleatico rosé; and a Fiano white with brief skin contact.
The wines reflect Altamura’s bright light, dry winds and agricultural landscape, as well as a family’s decision to remain rooted in its land. Agricola Stella shares the values of Evoluzione Naturale.
