At Cossignano, among the Marche hills between the Adriatic and the Sibillini mountains, Fiorano is a family organic farm founded by the Massi family in 1993. Twenty hectares of vineyards, olive groves and varied habitats form a landscape where tradition, research and sustainability meet.
Certified organic since 2002, the estate harvests by hand, relies on spontaneous fermentation and keeps sulphur dioxide to a minimum. Artisanal winemaking avoids corrective additives and manipulation. Pecorino, Montepulciano and Sangiovese express the area in wines that combine authenticity, elegance and the capacity to develop over time.
Fiorano also makes organic extra virgin olive oil. Its farming philosophy is rooted in protecting the environment, landscape and local culture.
Fiorano and Callmewine, which presents the estate in Italy, share the vision of Evoluzione Naturale. Their collaboration champions craftsmanship, sustainability and the character of this corner of the Marche.
