This is the project that inspired Jazzile, beginning with a small, old bush-vine vineyard in Gioia del Colle: one example of a heritage worth protecting and regenerating.
Emanuela and Giovanni are learning through practical experience, seeking to capture the spirit of a place in a bottle. It is a long journey, but an early alarm helps!
