A narrative to listen to and taste on **January 27\u201328** at the **Ancient Capuchin Convent** in **Grottaglie (TA)**, the historic city where, for centuries, the land has united the skilled hands of master ceramists to create magnificent works in pottery. <\/p>

**\u201cEvoluzione Naturale<\/strong><\/a>\u201d** will offer wine tastings, conferences, and informal meetings with more than 30 winemakers from all over Italy. Two full days entirely dedicated to getting to know the producers, who will share with both industry professionals and visitors their natural philosophy\u2014a process that translates into respect for the environment, both in the vineyard and in daily life. <\/p>

Guiding visitors through this story of vineyards, wineries, and territories will be **Sandro Sangiorgi**, food and wine journalist and founder of *Porthos Racconta*, a school and publishing house dedicated to promoting wine and food culture. Alongside Sangiorgi will be **Matteo Gallello**, an expert in the natural wine movement in Italy and abroad and editor of *Porthos Edizioni*. <\/p>

It will be **Sandro Sangiorgi** who kicks off the two-day event with an enticing preview. For wine lovers eager to discover the beauty of this appointment, a tasting workshop titled **\u201cFor a New Approach\u201d** will take place on **January 26**\u2014a true sensory experience blending wine, faces, aromas, images, and words. <\/p>

Additionally, there will be exhibitions, tasting tables featuring the best wineries from across Italy, and three tasting workshops focused on **Southern Italian reds**, **distilled spirits**, and **cheeses**\u2014all artisanally produced. <\/p>
