1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The personal data provided through the registration form for purchasing tickets and/or participating in the โ€œEvoluzione Naturaleโ€ event will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing registration and access to the event;
  • Order fulfillment and compliance with tax and accounting obligations;
  • Sending communications related to the event;
  • Sending informational and periodic newsletters regarding Evoluzione Naturale and related initiatives.

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations
(Art. 6, para. 1, letters b and c GDPR), as well as the legitimate interest of the Controller in promoting events and similar activities (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f GDPR).

2. Categories of data processed

  • Personal and contact data (name, surname, email, phone number, address);
  • Billing information;
  • Professional activity data (type of activity, association membership, if any);
  • Copy of association card and/or press badge, where required for access to specific categories.

Providing data relating to association membership or press credentials is mandatory in order to access dedicated rates for these categories.

3. Methods of processing

Data will be processed using both digital and paper-based tools, in compliance with current security measures and limited to the purposes described above.

4. Data recipients

Data may be disclosed to third parties responsible for providing technical and management services (e.g. payment platforms, ticketing systems, accounting and tax services), solely for the purposes mentioned above and in compliance with applicable law.

5. Data retention

Data will be retained for the time necessary to provide the requested services and to comply with legal obligations.
Data processed for communication and newsletter purposes will be retained until the data subject objects to such processing.

6. Data subject rights

Data subjects have the right to:

  • Access their personal data;
  • Request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
  • Object to the processing of data for communication and marketing purposes;
  • Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Data transfer outside the EU

Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

8. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making processes or profiling are carried out.
